Any listing of digital assets (domain names) or software capabilities on this website constitutes an "Invitation to Treat" under English Contract Law and not a binding offer for sale. Scalar Assets reserves the right to withdraw any asset from the market at any time without prior notice.
While we exercise rigorous due diligence regarding the provenance of our holdings, assets are transferred on an "as-is" basis. It is the Client's responsibility to conduct independent legal verification regarding trademark suitability for their specific jurisdiction and use case.
In accordance with the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, Scalar Assets enforces strict compliance protocols.

The Client assumes full responsibility for the compliance and output of data processed within their sovereign nodes.
Any non-public information, including asset pricing, technical architecture schematics, or strategic advisories provided by Scalar Assets during consultation, is deemed Confidential Information. The Client agrees not to disclose such information to third parties without express written consent.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Subject to this, Scalar Assets shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities arising from the use of our assets or services. Our total liability in contract, tort, or otherwise shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client to Scalar Assets in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
